Meeting point

Departure jetty: Maadi Yacht Club, Corniche El Nil, Maadi, 30 min before sunset. Use the main pedestrian gate; the captain will be holding an EasyTravelDeals sign.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before start time. Bring valid photo ID or passport for all travellers, including children. Wear comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing. Carry a reusable water bottle when the activity runs in the open. Modest dress (covered shoulders + knees) is recommended for religious or heritage sites.

Policies

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity start time. Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. Cancellations must be made through your booking management page or by contacting our support team.
Refund policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Wallet refunds (B2B) are credited instantly.
