Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EasyTravelDeals (the "Platform"), operated by EasyTravelDeals, a company registered in Egypt. By browsing the Platform, creating an account, or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • "Booking" — a reservation for a charter flight, hotel, package, transfer, or other travel service confirmed on the Platform.
  • "Customer" — an individual or entity making a Booking, whether for themselves or on behalf of a passenger.
  • "Partner" — a travel agency or supplier registered to use the Platform's B2B surfaces.
  • "Supplier" — an airline, hotel, ground operator or service provider whose inventory is distributed through the Platform.

3. Booking & Confirmation

3.1. A Booking is provisional until payment is completed and the Platform issues a confirmation reference of the form ETD-XXXXXX (B2C) or ETB-XXXXXX (B2B).

3.2. Operations review may apply before a ticket or voucher is issued. The Platform reserves the right to decline a Booking that fails verification, anti-fraud, or supplier acceptance checks.

3.3. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all passenger details (full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, contact details). Corrections after issuance may incur supplier fees.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1. All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated. Multi-currency Bookings show a clear FX snapshot at the time of confirmation.

4.2. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, mobile wallets (Fawry, Vodafone Cash, etc.), and pre-funded agency wallets for B2B Partners.

4.3. The Platform does not store full card numbers. Card payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified gateways.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

5.1. Cancellation policies vary by supplier and fare class. The applicable policy is shown on the Booking summary page before payment.

5.2. Refunds, where due, are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.

5.3. The Platform may charge a service fee for cancellations, separate from any supplier fee.

5.4. Bookings cancelled by the supplier or due to force majeure (Section 10) are refunded according to the supplier's force-majeure policy.

6. Changes — by the Customer or by Us

6.1. The Customer may request changes to a Booking subject to supplier availability and fare rules. Change fees may apply.

6.2. The Platform may, on rare occasion, need to amend the time, date, or operator of a charter flight. Where a material change applies, the Customer is offered an alternative or a full refund.

7. Travel Documents & Health

7.1. The Customer is responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other entry requirements for the destination.

7.2. The Platform offers guidance but cannot substitute official sources (embassy, IATA Travel Centre, government health advisories).

8. Insurance

The Platform strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage, and personal liability.

9. Liability

9.1. The Platform acts as an intermediary between the Customer and the Supplier. Operational responsibility for the carriage, accommodation or service rests with the Supplier.

9.2. The Platform's liability is limited, to the extent permitted by Egyptian law, to the value of the Booking.

10. Force Majeure

The Platform is not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, civil unrest, government action, epidemics, airspace closures, or labour disputes.

11. Complaints

Issues should be reported within 30 days of the service date by emailing hello@easytraveldeals.com or through Manage My Booking. The Platform commits to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo.
